Misplaced or missing your room keys? No worries, but please report it to the UM Guesthouse immediately.

If you need help getting back into your building or room, our team is here to assist. During working hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.), this service is free.

After working hours, a service fee of €150 applies for all Guesthouse locations.

If your key is lost or stolen, a replacement will be issued, and the cost for this is €50, regardless of location. Our staff will visit your premises to assist you with re-entry.
