How does it work?

Your phone is the key to your building. After registering in the App, you will find the building's PIN (only for rooms, not for studios) and receive your phone key for your home.

How do I register my phone to use it as a key?

Before your arrival, you will receive an e-mail allowing you to register your phone to receive the PIN to enter the building.

How do I open the lock?

You use your phone to scan the lock. Once you get access the door does not open automatically, you have to turn the black knob to the right or left. Depending on whether the lock is on the left or right of the door. See how it works at My Digital Key in the app. 

Where can I find the PIN for the entrance door at the front of the building?

After registering your phone, you can find the PIN by clicking the "My digital key" button on the front page of your app once you have selected your building. To use the PIN: click in 5 digits followed by #

Note: This applies only to students who have booked a room. Students who have booked a studio use the entrance at the back of the building and do not need a PIN to enter the building. 

Do I need an internet connection to open my door?

No, you don't need to be connected to the internet to open your door.

How do I know which dates I have access to ?

Go to the 'My digital key' page. Here you can see from when to when you have access. This information is only visible if your phone is registered.
