Pest Control Measures

We are committed to maintaining a clean and healthy environment for all residents, and we understand that dealing with pests ,particularly mice, can be frustrating. To address this, we have implemented regular pest control measures across all locations.

On a structural basis, pest control visits take place every second Wednesday of the month. During the winter months (October to March), these inspections are conducted weekly. Our pest control team checks for mice, bees, and wasps, placing traps and poison in discreet areas that are not visible to residents.

In addition to these measures, your cooperation is crucial in preventing pests, especially mice. Please follow these steps:

• Keep your living space clean: Wash your dishes and cutlery promptly and store them in the cupboards rather than leaving them out.
• Store food properly: Place all food items in designated areas like the fridge or cupboards to ensure mice consume the poison rather than your food.
• Dispose of garbage properly: Make sure to throw away your garbage in the designated containers and avoid letting bins overflow.
