The common room has a TV (with all cables included, HDMI, SCART etc.) and sitting area to study or meet up with your flatmates. Additionally a dining table and dining chairs can be found here where you can have a lovely dinner with friends.

Make sure to take into account that some rooms might be located next to the living room and you would have to reduce the noise level whenever necessary.
