If your room keys are lost or stolen, please report this to the UM Guesthouse as soon as possible.
If you need the assistance of Guesthouse to re-enter your building or room after losing your keys or locking yourself out, please be aware of the possible costs. These costs consist of two parts.
Assistance:
Assistance by the Guesthouse staff is free during working hours (Mo.- Fr. from 8.30 a.m.–5.00 p.m.).
After working hours the costs are €150,- for all Guesthouse locations.
Our staff will come by the premises where you live and help you to re-enter the room.
If the key of your room is lost or stolen, we will have to replace the key. We will charge you for these costs.
€50,- for all locations.
