Your room will be fully cleaned before your arrival by our cleaning staff, and a set of bed linen is available in your bedroom. At the Volksplein, the common bathrooms, toilets and hallways are cleaned once a week on Tuesdays.
Keep in mind that you as students are responsible for cleaning your own room as well as the kitchen. Also, please take out the trash and replace the bag once the garbage is full in your own room and the kitchen. Cleaning equipment is provided by the UM Guesthouse (See the heading 'Vacuum' for more information). Please let us know if anything is missing.
